• To relieving conditions of poverty, distress, need and hardship.
• Promoting the advancement of education, training and employment.
• Improve the quality of life through the promotion of their leisure time activities.

Every year the ECB holds an AGM where the members elect 10 officers of the management committee accountable to the general assembly. The ECB is bound by the Memorandum and Articles of Association as laid out in UK law.
