ECB is currently providing Job Club services to newly granted refugees in partnership with the British refugee Council. Referral is received from the Refugee Integration and Employment Services (RIES) in London.  The main objective of the project is to empower the service users to search and apply for suitable employment opportunities.  Service users will be given the necessary support to access education, training or voluntary work that will help them achieve their employment and education goals agreed with RIES.

The activities involved under this project include:

·    Completion of an individually tailored action plan for every service user that could enable to attain the training and employment goals of the users.

·    Empower the service users to search and apply for suitable employment opportunities.

·    Assist service users in the preparation of their CVs and enhance their job search skills.

·    Avail Internet facilities to the users in order to facilitate their job search efforts.

·    Provide advice and information related to the job search and training and development.
