Annual General Meeting 2023
The Ethiopian Comunity in Britain (ECB) has been around approaching its 40th year. During this period, the charity has been a cultural hub for the community; its members young British-born Ethiopians and newcomers, as they move through life in the UK they were able to find their cultural identity in this organization. Over time, due to various personal beliefs and ideologies, the charity has seen a drastic decline in its membership, impacting the service we provide at the centre.
In turn, this has resulted in the charity reaching theposition it currently holds. But there is hope, which is why we are reaching out to the community to have hope in this important and purposeful organisation to provide support and service to its members and preserve the cultural importance of the Ethiopian community within Camden.
